Pages 501-505 | Published online: 07 Jul 2009

Abstract

The author examined two groups of subjects, recording the psychogalvanic responses (PGR) for acoustical (drum beat) stimuli. The experimental group consisted of children with mental deficiency (IQ about 50) and the second (control group) were normal children. The results obtained show the usefulness of this method and its importance for use as a screening test or in standard audiometry
