Abstract
Six adult patients, 4 women and 2 men, afflicted with chronic, severe, periodic, sleep-related headaches experienced a sustained, significant reduction in the frequency and severity of attacks. These patients had been relatively refractory to routine analgesics and ergot derivative therapy.
