Abstract

A differentiated extrarenal Wilms' tumour arising from the mesonephric remnants in an undescended testis in a 14-month-old male Chinese baby is reported. The histogenesis of Wilms' tumour is briefly discussed and the literature of extrarenal Wilms' tumour reviewed.
