Abstract

Thermostatted adaptors have been constructed for the Sanz micro cuvette (5 mm cell path, 100 μl volume) and the Auto-Analyzer® micro cuvette (15 mm cell path, 130 μl volume) fitting the Gilford 300 spectrophotometer. The minimum amount of sample necessary to fill the cuvette is drawn into the bottom of the cuvette by means of a syringe connected to the top of the cuvette. The cuvette is emptied by pushing the sample back into the test vial after measurement.
