Standardized Sterile Kits for Preparation of ^99mTc-Labelled Albumin, Macroalbumin, Iron Ascorbic Acid Complex, and Antimony Sulphide Colloid

Abstract

^99mTc-labelling procedures are described. They are standardized and simple enough for technicians without special chemical training to perform, so that smaller hospitals with facilities for isotope scintigraphy can produce their own ^99mTc-labelled compounds. The experimental background for the procedures is described.
