Coeliac Disease and Malignancy

The Possible Importance of Familial Involvement

Abstract

Three cases of coeliac disease are described in whom the disease was familial. Each was complicated by a small intestinal neoplasm. It is suggested that familial cases of coeliac disease may present a higher than usual risk of developing this complication.
