The Exocellular Lipase from Rhizopus Arrhizus

Abstract

The mode of action of the exocellular lipase of the mold Rhizopus arrhizus is very similar to pancreatic lipase as regards positional specificity and interaction with bile salt. It is quite stable at acid pH values and may be considered as a source for lipase in substitution therapy.
