Abstract
A radiological method for the study of the pancreatic duct of the cat is presented. The method has been used to investigate the changes in luminal width of the duct in response to parasympathomimetical stimulation. Both decrease and increase in the width were seen after i.v. injection of methacholine. The causes of these changes are discussed. It was also observed that methacholine and CCK caused the gland to secrete.
