Abstract
A case is presented in which regenerative growth of the vas deferens after vasectomy presented as a small tumour at the proximal stump. The histologic picture resembled a low-grade adenocarcinoma. A concomitant inflammatory reaction of granulomatous type was probably caused by extravasated sperm.
