Abstract
Two cases of blind-ending bifid ureter are described. Both patients were women who came for treatment owing to lower abdominal pain and recurrent urinary infections. Cine-urography revealed a ureteroureteral reflux from the anomal part of the Y-junction to the other. Resection of the anomal ureter and ureteroneocystostomy were performed on both patients. The histological examination revealed a normal structure of the blind-ending ureter wall. The patients became free from abdominal pain after the operation.
