Retrocaval Ureter: Report of a Case

Abstract

A case of retrocaval ureter and double vena cava inferior is described. The result of the operation are accounted for. Early diagnosis is of importance. The lateral border of the psoas muscle may be an etiological factor in connection with hydronephrosis or hydro-ureter in cases of retrocaval ureter.
