Abstract

Non-opaque calculi of the upper urinary tract represent a diagnostic challenge. CT can aid in distinguishing calculi from tumours and clots. A case of non-opaque renal calculus is reported. The simplicity of interpretation and the non-invasiveness of the CT examination is stressed.
