Abstract

Three cases are reported in which fiberendoscopy of uretero-intestinal conduits proved to add important diagnostic information to conventional techniques. One patient with a leaking uretero-ileal anastomosis was treated successfully by retrograde perendoscopic cannulation and splinting of the anastomosis with an endoscopic retrograde cholangio-pancreatography catheter.
