Abstract

Laser treatment associated with transurethral resection of the prostate is a new and promising treatment of the stages T₀ diffuse, T₁ and T₂ prostatic cancer. Our standardized treatment procedure gives few complications. So far we have not recorded any local recurrence in the 26 patients we have treated and followed up from 6 to 42 months.
