Extraperitoneal Perforation of the Urinary Bladder in Association with Urothelial Cancer in a Female

Abstract

A case of spontaneous perforation of the bladder wall in a 51-year old female with urothelial cancer is reported. The outcome was lethal because of abdominal and thoracic wall phlegmone and septic shock.
