The Metabolism of Chlorpromazine in the Neonatal Guinea-Pig

Abstract

The metabolism of chlorpromazine in the neonatal guinea-pig has been studied. Maximal urinary excretions of sulphoxide occurred at 5 and 14 days, maximum excretion of both conjugated phenols and glucuronides at about 10 and 18 days.
