Polymorphisms of antipyrine and theophylline metabolism in man: Molecular and clinical implications

Pages 401-420 | Published online: 22 Sep 2008

Abstract

1. In normal subjects under carefully controlled uniform environmental conditions, evidence was obtained for genetically controlled polymorphisms of antipyrine and theophylline metabolism.

2. The relationship of these polymorphisms to each other and to previously described polymorphisms is discussed in terms of their molecular and clinical implications.
