Abstract
Teaching clinicians about management has never been easy. Inevitably there is a dearth of teaching material on the subject. This paper describes a teaching game designed to be used on a training course. Its purpose is to make learning about management relevant to the participants and to give immediate practical experience of applying the management principles. It is also a lot of fun. Time is included for formal teaching, but details of what should be taught are not included in the paper, as this can be varied in accordance with local interest and resources. However, the game ensures that by the end of the session, everyone knows what it feels like to be managed and what some of the practical issues are in managing a medical practice.
