When the above article was first published online, the following errors were present. This has now been corrected in both the print and online versions.

1. The word “oestradiol” has been changed to “estradiol” throughout the article.

2. The unit “kg/m2” has been corrected as “kg/m²” in Figure 3 caption.

3. The unit “(ng-h)/L” has been corrected as “(ng.h)/L” in Table III.

4. The unit “(μg-h)/L” has been amended as “(μg.h)/L” in Table III.
