Summary
Thirteen patients with early tubal pregnancy underwent three types of conservative surgery. Eight women achieved an intra-uterine pregnancy and delivered at term. Two used oral contraception after the operation. One was lost during the follow-up. Hysterosalpingography in those who did not become pregnant demonstrated tubal patency.
