Abstract
Retrograde ejaculation is an uncommon cause of male infertility. If retrograde ejaculation is the only infertility factor, couples can be treated successfully by insemination. Sperm recuperation is timed according to urine alcalinization and osmolality [1]. The reported high pregnancy rate with the use of this technique can be expected to decrease if other infertility factors are present in either partner. We present the successful treatment of a couple with infertility due to retrograde ejaculation, a male immunologic factor, and endometriosis in the wife. Treatment with intrauterine insemination, IVF, and GIFT was unsuccessful. Therefore pronu-clear stage tubal transfer (PROST) was performed.
