Abstract

Tuberculosis (TB) remains a world-wide epidemic despite advances in medical care and improved living conditions in the developing world. There were 9.27 million new cases reported in 2007; 1.2% of these involving the central nervous system. TB can have a variety of clinical manifestations. Here we report 3 unusual cases of cranial TB who presented with ocular manifestations only and no systemic symptoms.
