Transient Mydriasis and Branch Retinal Artery Occlusion Following Carotid Angioplasty and Stenting

Abstract

A case is described of serial ophthalmic sequelae of carotid angioplasty and stenting. The patient developed a transient mydriasis and was later observed to have a branch retinal artery occlusion.
