Temporal arteritis: visual loss associated with posture

Abstract

A case is reported in which a patient with temporal arteritis suffered repeated episodes of loss of vision, over a period of 15 days. These were related to posture or activity, and a central retinal artery occlusion (CRAO) was observed during each episode.
