Abstract

The Argyll Robertson pupil is rarely seen with the decline of neurosyphilis. The authors report a case of multiple sclerosis who had unilateral Argyll Robertson pupil. The demonstration of a pontine lesion on NMR scanning is compatible with a central origin for this characteristic pupillary abnormality.
