Abstract
A17-year-old-man with a history of tuberculous meningitis presented with an isolated third nerve palsy. CT scan revealed a tuberculoma of the brainstem that subsided on antituberculous therapy. This is the first report of such a presentation of these rare intracranial lesions. The value of computed tomography in the diagnosis and follow-up of such tumors is discussed.
