Traumatic chiasmal syndrome with panhypopituitarism: A case report

Abstract

Head trauma causing chiasmal splitting and anterior panhypopituitarism is rare. A chiasmal splitting syndrome and panhypopituitarism was diagnosed in a 12-year-old boy presenting five months after cranio-cerebral injury with an unexplained poor general condition, loss of weight and anorexia.
