Ophthalmoplegia Due to Chondrosarcoma in the Cavernous Sinus

Abstract

Chondrosarcoma in the cavernous sinus is reported in two adult males. One patient, treated by radiotherapy, was followed up for seven years. The other patient died after 20 months. The incidence and prognosis of chondrosarcoma at this site are discussed and the histological findings illustrated.
