Abstract

The authors report a patient with ocular flutter associated with pathologically confirmed sarcoidosis and aseptic meningitis. Ocular flutter was the only clinical sign of neurological illness in this patient and it gradually disappeared in two months. This case suggests that neurosar-coidosis is to be considered a potential cause of ocular flutter.
