Ophthalmological abnormalities in (relatives of) patients with familial intracranial aneurysms: A collagen deficiency?

Abstract

The results of an ophthalmological, neurological, dermatological, cardiological and haematological screening for (sub)clinical manifestation of a connective tissue disorder in a family affected with intracranial aneurysms in association with the Marfan syndrome is described. Angle chamber anomalies suggestive for a connective tissue disorder were detected.
