Abstract

A patient developed episcleral and conjunctival venous congestion, increased intraocular pressure, restriction of ocular motility, and exophthalmos from an intraosseous cavernous hemangioma in the sphenoid sinus. This is a rare condition which may be easily misdiagnosed as an orbital arteriovenous shunt.
