Plus minus lid syndrome due to cerebral glioma: A case report

Abstract

Magnetic resonance imaging showed a bilateral glioma extending to the paramedian midbrain in a patient with plus minus lid syndrome not affected by passive closure of the ptotic eye. Cerebral tumors have to be added to the list of possible causes of central plus minus lid syndrome.
