Abstract
The article by Dr. L. F. Menczer, “Fluoridation and the Allergist”, as indicated in its conclusion, purports to be a reply to my review on “Allergic Reactions to Fluoride” (The Journal 2:51-64, Sept., 1964). In my review, I had presented my own clinical data as well as observations by other allergists on allergic reactions to fluoride. The diagnoses were established in the customary manner on the basis of patch tests, of elimination trials, and upon blind and double-blind tests.
