Reconstruction of Midline Skin Defects of the Nose

Abstract

A classical, rectangular sliding flap with compensatory triangles excised on both sides of the base was used for the reconstruction of nasal midline skin defects from the root to the tip in 15 cases. The method is simple and reliable and the cosmetic result has been good in all the cases.
