Abstract
A patient with pronounced Crouzon's disease operated at the age of 10 with Le Fort III osteotomy and bone grafting to the osteotomy sites has been followed for 4 years. She evidenced minimal growth development of the middle face and the upper jaw but normal development of the lower jaw, creating a slight open bite. Relapse of her preoperative proptosis is now apparent and reoperation after the growth period may be indicated.
