Surgical Treatment of Axillary Hidradenitis Suppurativa

Abstract

Hidradenitis suppurativa was treated by radical excision of the skin lesions and closure of the resultant defect by a trasnposition flap. The material includes 15 flaps in 8 patients. Two years after operation, results were satisfactory from both the functional and the aesthetic point of view.
