A Troublesome Urostomy Treated with Liposuction

Abstract

A case is reported in which a fat deposit in a patient who had had a continent urostomy fashioned by Kock's technique, caused skin problems and made catheterisaton difficult. The condition was successfully treated with liposuction around the stoma.
