Abstract
A new method of elbow arthroplasty is presented, using the so-called GSB prosthesis. This prosthesis requires minimal bone resection and offers therefore the possibility of a safe retreat in the case of severe complications such as infections. The technical features, the operative technique and an evaluation of the results in 17 cases are presented.
