Serum drug levels and electroencephalographic findings after citalopram intoxication

Abstract

We describe a Patient who attempted suicide with citalopram. The patient showed confusion, sedation, and electroencephalographic changes connected with high serum citalopram levels. He recovered totally when serum drug levels became normal.
