Abstract
With the passive haemagglutination test and the immunodiffusion test the production of precipitating antibodies was investigated in rats previously hypophysectomlzed and thymectomized. In these rats the antibody production was found deficient. It could not be restored by repeated Injections of hypophyseal growth hormone or thymic hormone, It was fully restored by injections of both hypophyseal growth hormone and thymic hormone
