Abstract
Immunopotentiating water-soluble substances have been obtained from delipidated cells of Corynebacterium parvum (strain Prévot). Immunostimulating and adjuvant activities of a crude water-soluble extract and of a low molecular weight purified fraction were demonstrated by various in vivo techniques, involving both cell-mediated and humoral immune reactions.
