Abstract

We report a case of acute hyperphosphatemia secondary to rectol administration of sodium phosphate and sodium biphosphate (Fleet® enema). Parathyroid hormone and calcitornin levels were measured along with phosphate clearance and the tubular reabsorption qf phoyphate
