Abstract
The synthesis of some azido hydroxy butanoaks in enantiomexidly pure fonn is presented. The racemic educts were prepared in few steps. These munates att resolved with the aid of lipases hdseudomm cepia(KL) and Candida rugasa (CRL) in order to evaluate not only the size of the active sites but also to get some hints about the distance between active sites and the anchor groups.
