Abstract
A case demonstrating the clinical efficacy of buspirone in the treatment of Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder is presented. The theoretical rationale for Buspirone's efficacy in the disorder is discussed in the light of our current knowledge about the drug and the physiological substrates of the condition.
