Abstract

Pulmonary complications of leukemias are usually due to infections, hemorrhage, radio- or radio-chemotherapy (1). They are rarely linked to leukemic localization in the lung (2). In fact, if pulmonary leukemic infiltrates are commonly found at autopsies, they are rarely clinically diagnosed (3). We describe here a case of acute monoblastic leukemia with a lesion localized to the lung.
