Effect of Chlorpromazine on the Binding of Oestradiol-17β by Human Uterine Cytosol

Pages 465-468 | Published online: 26 Sep 2008

Abstract

Chlorpromazine increases the binding of oestradiol-17β by human uterine cytosol in vitro. This effect is due to an increase in the number of receptor sites, and the dissociation constant for oestradiol-17β is unaffected by chlorpromazine.
