Diagnosing Human Zinc Deficiency. A Comparison between the Bryce-Smith Taste Test and the Sweat Mineral Analysis

Abstract

Two tests for human zinc deficiency, the Bryce-Smith taste test and the sweat mineral analysis, were compared in patients with food intolerance. A moderate (highly significant) correlation was found between them.
