Reversal of Pre-leukaemia with Antioxidants: a Case Report

Pages 313-315 | Published online: 13 Jul 2009

Abstract

With recent advances in analytical technology and blood analysis doctors are now able to make earlier diagnoses of pre-cancers as well as to identify early stages of cancer. As technology continues to advance, it will lead us to more and more preventive and early intervention oncology. A 25-year-old male in good health with pre-leukaemia is described with reversal of pre-leukaemia and normalization of his low white count, neutrophils, and platelets with the use of high dosages of antioxidant nutrients and amino acids. This is a significant reversal of pre-leukaemia which is relevant to the practice of nutritional medicine since there are many new ways to identify premalignancies and early malignancies.
