Oral Form Recognition with and Without Palatal Coverage

Abstract

Oral Stereognosis Testing In The Form Of An Oral Form Recognition Test Was Carried Out On Six Adolescents Who Were Undergoing Routine Orthodontic Treatment With Upper Removable Appliances. The Oral Form Recognition Test Was Carried Out With And Without The Orthodontic Appliance On Three Visits. There Was No Significant Difference In The Number Of Shapes Correctly Guessed With And Without The Orthodontic Appliance.
