Abstract

Cor triatrium was diagnosed in a 16-year-old boy by transseptal left heart catheterization and left atrial angiocardiography. In patients, where the diagnosis of cor triatrium is entertained and a low cardiac output or pulmonary stasis is present, these methods should be considered as angiocardiography following injection into the pulmonary artery often fail to demonstrate the diaphragm. A short review of cor triatrium is also given.
